I was a little worried these would be too thin for hot yoga, but the high-waisted fit stayed put through every downward dog. The material actually feels cool to the touch and doesn't get heavy with sweat.

The fabric has this subtle shimmer that catches the light during spin class, and it’s surprisingly breathable even when I’m drenched in sweat. The high waist stays put without digging in, which is a game-changer for me.

The high-waisted compression band stayed perfectly in place through my entire hot yoga class, no rolling at all. I was surprised how light and breathable the shimmering fabric felt against my skin during deep stretches.
